A team effort quickly closed this distressed $16.5 million sale of South Florida’s iconic McArthur Dairy plant to well-known real estate investor Moishe Mana. The sale closed May 5th, nearly a month after Mana won the bid in bankruptcy court to acquire McArthur Dairy’s assets from bankruptcy. Dean Foods Dairy Group is one of the largest processors and distributors of fresh milk and other dairy products in the country.
